1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned after 3 days

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Approval is required before sending items back.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
